Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD)

There are no symptoms in early stage, but loss of the central vision in later stage. A leading cause of vision loss in people over 60 years of age. Preventing or slow the progression of the disease are the only treatment options.

Dry AMD

About 80% of AMD patient have dry form. The vision loss is slow and gradual.

Wet AMD

Less common, but more severe vision loss than dry AMD patients. Create a large blind spot in the central vision.
